I'm an undergraduate engineering student who currently pursuing my Mechanical Engineering degree at Swinburne University of Technology (Sarawak Campus).
The reason that lead me to choose Mechanical engineering as a pathway towards my professional career in future is that Mechanical engineers are responsible to harness these changes by employ the combination of broad engineering knowledge and detailed expertise experience which we obtained from University and industrial training.
I had been an industrial trainee in Asia Cranes Sdn. Bhd. in the end of 2009. Through the 3 months practical training, I gained the knowledge of technical report writing based on the results obtained from the mechanism particle inspection analysis for the break-down compartments of the RTG cranes. Although the experienced I gained during this training is inferior to competent the qualification of a Mechanical engineer should possesses, but I'll still continuing develop my technical knowledge and soft skills through my life in University and internship training as well.
