For this project, helped to develop Singapore’s Building Energy Efficiency Index classification as a measure to determine how efficient a building is as compare to their peers and as benchmark for engineers/designers when setting energy efficiency target for new building design.

Has also helped to set-up in NUS, Energy Sustainability Unit, in managing and developing programmes funded by Singapore’s Economic Development Board (EDB) to develop the energy services sector in Singapore i.e. those who provide services energy retrofitting and conservation work. Programmes includes ESCO accreditation scheme, training and certification for local energy manager and engineers.
