Delta Electricity has four major power stations which are located within two regions. On the Central Coast Vales Point and Munmorah power stations are within five kilometres of each other. In the Western Region Mt Piper and Wallerawang power stations near Lithgow are approximately 10 kilometres apart.

Delta's business practices focus on providing cost-effective safe and reliable electricity. Underpinning this is a strong commitment to sustainable development strong community relationships and minimising environmental impacts.

Delta's operations are structured around the two regions Central Coast and Western.

As a wholesale electricity generator Delta competes against other generators for the supply of electricity into the National Electricity Market.
