Crown Castle is the largest independent tower operator in Australia with its nationwide portfolio of nearly 1,400 sites providing wireless coverage to approximately 90% of the population. The company's customers cover the major mobile telecommunications carriers including Optus, Telstra, Vodafone and Hutchison and also includes new broadband wireless players such as Unwired and Personal Broadband Australia.

Crown Castle Australia is majority owned by the US$16 Billion Crown Castle International Corp (CCI). CCI is publicly listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: CCI) and owns operates and manages approximately 24,000 tower sites in the US and Australia.

Agility is a subsidiary of the Australian Gas Light Company (AGL). It was established in 2,000 drawing from a pool of expertise and experience built up over more than 150 years in utility infrastructure management. Agility's 1,100 people manage and service: 26,400 km of gas distribution networks; 7,200 km of electricity distribution networks; 4,000 km of high pressure gas transmission pipelines (plus provide a range of services to a further 5,000 km of transmission pipelines); 330 MW of electricity generation.
